At 7:58 pm, my IntelliStar didn't narrate the current conditions! That's odd for my IntelliStar.

The one minute flavor will not narrate the current conditions if there is not enough time to do so. It happens quite often if there is a Weather Bulletins screen and there is precipitation on the radar.
