THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CORPUS CHRISTS HAS ISSUED A FREEZE WARNING... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM CST THURSDAY.
CHILLY HIGH PRESSURE WILL PRODUCE WIDESPEAD FREEZING TEMPERATURES TONIGHT. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER 20s TO LOWER 30s. FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO LAST FOR AROUND 6 HOURS.
FREEZING TEMPERATURES CAN DAMAGE CERTAINS KINDS OF PLANTS. AS A RESULT.. THOSE WITH AGRICUTURAL INTERESTS IN THE WARNED AREA ARE ADVISED TO PROTECT TENDER VEGETATION. PETS SHOULD BE KEPT INSIDE. OUTSIDE PIPES OR SPRINKLES SHOULD BE ADEQUATELY INSULATED.

Metro Forecast for tonight:
Encinal: 30F with rain and snow showers!!!
Luckly, Laredo is not in that snowy side. Also, Encinal is in a freeze watch.
Freer: 37F with rain/snow showers and wind.
Hebbronville: 40f with rain showers.
Laredo: 44F with showers. Right now it's in the low 80s but it's will cool down quickly.
Zapata: 42F with showers
Encinal: 30F with rain and snow showers!!!
