I was sneaking around the twcmediakit.com website today and found this link:

Watch the video. Besides making you possibly gag as we watch the well formatted early morning programming (6-7am) go up in smoke, also notice towards the end the narrator says "...another reason why WE OWN THE WEATHER" If they choose that as a new slogan, seeing as we have no "official" one in use currently, I may just give up on TWC totally. Thoughts?

Yeah. Here's my IMO: I hate it. I'm so not watching this crap. Al is my worst nightmare. I may give up TWC as well. 

Me neither! And TWC hasn't had a good slogan since August 2005. I hope they get rid that annoying blue bar of doom when they relaunch. It's not fair to show the BBOD during the opening! I agree with you, and if they still show the BBOD after May, I'm so giving up With TWC. Live By It is still my all time favorite TWC slogan.

They started going down before NBC, NBC just helped the downturn go faster. Plus that blue bar has to go. Getting rid of the best OCMs was a bad idea. I barely watch anymore.

I agree with the blue bar of doom thing. I will never like the BBOD because it's take too much space.

Same here. For the first time in a long time I'm actually bored. My school has been shut down due to confirmed cases of swine flu in the Houston Metro.  Which means my summer vacation is pushed back!

I would be angry too!

I would have to say Your Weather Today.  It's not that I HATE it, it's just that it really isn't enjoyable to wach anymore.

As for Weekend View, I really like Kelly and Betty together.  It is definitely more weather oriented, and much better than what the show was originally intended to be.  Sure, it'd be better to have Bill on, but I enjoy WV.

1. Agreed. 2000-2008 were the best year of YWT.

2. I don't really enjoy that pairing and the show so much. Never like the show, never will like that pairing either.
