« on: December 07, 2008, 11:30:58 AM »Looks like the Farmers Almanac is pretty accurate this season. Our 3rd round of Snow is coming Monday night-Wednesday Morning, this time with ICE! Uggh. I'd rather see 10 inches of snow, than a 1/2" of ice, anyday.
Snow is always better than ice and less dangerous to be in until you live in the south then it's all bad to drivers and pedestrians

I know I've been under severe weather watches in Summer 2004 and I can't recall seeing this. Maybe it was the Sept 2004 update? The first time I saw this on my Star was Summer 2005.
I thought I remember seeing that orange text during severe weather on my IS in 2004, but I could be wrong.

« on: December 04, 2008, 09:57:49 PM »And what the hell is with all of these horrible black comedy shows?Especially "The Boondocks" on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. They filtered out the strong cuss words, but they don't filter out the "N" words.
I used to watch that show during the first season, but it started getting bad the 2nd season so I stopped watching it. The comic strip and the show seem so different I guess it's because of the different censorships they must have.
