I assumed it was live by weather and TWC.

Carl Parker is close to his height or the same height I think.

Mexico City WeatherStar XL - Cinco de Mayo Forecast
NOTE - THE NARRATION AND TEXT IS IN SPANISH EXPECT FOR THE RADAR. I got this idea to do something like this and since I'm not going to have a lot of time to work on it tomorrow, I'm doing it a few hours ahead of time, The only major typo is that I put tomorrow's date instead of tonight's date. I used a Spanish translator so I hope most of the words I didn't know are accurate.
