FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR NORTH GEORGIA UNTIL MONDAY EVENING

October is usually the driest and foggiest month of the year for us, but we could be seeing our monthly average rainfall in a matter of the next 36 hours. This will disrupt the cleaning process that is taking place right now from the destructive flooding from last month.

THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF CENTRAL GEORGIA...EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA...NORTH
 CENTRAL GEORGIA...NORTHEAST GEORGIA...NORTHWEST GEORGIA AND
 WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA.

* FROM 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

* LOW PRESSURE IS DEVELOPING ALONG A STATIONARY FRONT OVER THE
  NORTH GULF COAST. THIS AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE EAST ALONG
  THE FRONT PULLING GULF MOISTURE NORTHWARD OVER NORTH AND CENTRAL
  GEORGIA BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO MONDAY. SOME OF THE
  RAIN WILL BE HEAVY WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES LIKELY
  GENERALLY NORTH OF A LINE FROM HAMILTON...TO FORSYTH...TO
  WARRENTON.

* SOILS REMAIN SATURATED OVER PARTS OF NORTH AND CENTRAL
 GEORGIA. THE RAINFALL TONIGHT AND MONDAY WILL QUICKLY RUN OFF
 INTO CREEKS AND STREAMS LEADING TO RISES WHICH COULD FLOOD
 ROADS AND SOME HOMES AND BUSINESSES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.

Since I made my own version of the Weathertar4000 in HD, I thought I would do the same for if it was a Satellite Local Forecast.

Also, does anyone know of any good screen recorders that don't lag so much?

The almanac on my IntelliStar is reporting that the low this morning was 1°! 

Nah that's impossible. That's probably a fail.

It's a HUGE FAIL, it was chilly, but it was 52° chilly, not 1° bone chilling.

Is it triggering the record low screen?

  , it's just another one of those glitches that I suspect was caused by the LDL glitch that the STAR team fixed the other day. I would provide a picture, but I don't have my tuner pulgged up right now and I'm working on an XL emulation that was requested by a youtuber.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve reached a new and expanded agreement with Google and its YouTube subsidiary that will bring WMG content back to the service as early as the end of the year.

It makes sense that it would take a few months to establish and get a proper agreement with all of those WMG artists back on Youtube.
