I just noticed TWC is using the same Haunted House background from their Halloween graphic is the same exact one I used in my 3000 emulation today, that doesn't happen very often.

For those who are interested, here's a winter forecast from the Raleigh Weather Examiner, I'm gonna warn you it's 2 parts so it's very long, but part two gives the general idea of what they expect for the US this winter and snowfall forecasts for select cities across the country, Looks like somebody agrees with me on possible snowfall amounts for my area this winter. They also seem to be going towards analog winters of 76' -77' and 02' -03'.

Does anyone know if this playlist will continue into November?  That seems to be the recurring trend lately.
