The folks at the weather forums who live in the MidAtlantic I'm apart of can't complain that they are having a crappy, snowless winter anymore.  :P

.LONG TERM /THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY/...
LOOKS LIKE A CLASSIC SNOW THREAT FOR MUCH OF THE STATE ON FRIDAY
THIS WEEK AS A AN AREA LOW PRESSURE TRACKS ACROSS THE NORTHERN
GULF AND SPREADS AMPLE MOISTURE OVER A COLD DOME OF HIGH PRESSURE
ALREADY IN PLACE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST.
WILL JUST MENTION RAIN OR
SNOW FOR NOW FOR NORTH AND CENTRAL GA AS CONFIDENCE THIS FAR OUT
IS NOT THAT HIGH. OTHERWISE...RECOMMEND ALL INTEREST IN NORTH AND
CENTRAL GA TO STAY TUNED TO LATER FORECAST FOR CONTINUED FINE
TUNING OF THIS POTENTIAL WINTRY THREAT.

This is a 1 minute clip of "Lovestar" by Buzz Amato from this site, but the first few seconds is a completely different song. Anyone know the name of it, it kinda sounds like Boney James, but I don't think it's him.

I know we're still on the subject of games here, but there have not been a lot of local forecast videos uploaded of the big storm. As much as I want to throw up right now, this is somewhat exciting to watch. Can you get some more videos up Billy and Mike?
Umm I uploaded 2 clips last night...

Speaking of the Winter Powerhouse it was a big waste. We barely got 10 inches up where I live  It's not even snowing and there's some sun showing up

I think it's safe to say Washington DC is gonna be the big winner out of this, but I'm judging some of this because of the live shots I've seen between Paul and Scott. It looks worse where Paul is than it does where Scott is.

I have SimTower and Yoot Tower, a re-released "improved" version.

I prefer RollerCoaster Tycoon.

I have RCT 1,2,and 3. Those games enhanced my interest in architecture.  :)

Paul Goodloe is en route to the snow tonight, so Adam Berg will fill in for him tonight on WCWC.

I'm surprised to hear Scott will be in NJ tomorrow, I never seen him out in the field before.

I'm in a very serious winter storm warning starting Friday at 6 AM.  It originally said 16-24" when it came out this morning, but it's been updated to the new totals shown below:

Yeah I seem to be getting the short end of the stick here... and what a short end it is.
Let us folks who rarely get snow get some for a change :P

I should be the one complaining Martin, you already got your 6 inch+ snowstorm.  :P :bleh:

WeatherStar4000 Emulator - January 8, 2010

The coldest air of the Winter season arrived on this day which also happened to be the day after our Snow/Sleetstorm, it only got up 25°, the coldest sub-freezing high we have seen since January 2002.

Features one of my favorite songs played on TWC back in the Summer of 2004 in it's entirety.
