I never liked Firefox, it was so slow for some reason even slower than IE8 when it was new. I'm discouraged from wanting to use FF4. I mainly use Chrome which I'm using right now.

I did yesterday and Friday, it's only 61 and holding steady, but west into Birmingham, it's pushing 80 again. Gotta love those cold wedges.

Wow! Some of that stock footage looks familiar to some of their promos made from 2009/2010

That part with the kids jumping into the lake at 20 sec. in I know was used in a LF intro back in the Summer of 2009. I had not idea it was used that many years ago then.

First 80° Days of 2011 Coming Soon?

Synopsis: A ridge of high pressure is expected to slide right over North Georgia tomorrow and move to the south on Friday allowing a Southerly wind flow to dominate jumping temps on Friday morning from the upper 40's to the low 80's! The first of the new year if it comes to fruition, this will also be earlier than last year where our first 80 degree day was in early April which tied a record high. No record highs are expected to be tied or broken this time around, but they will be only a few degrees shy.

Actually the new icons were yesterday

lol, for the Satellite LF. The icons debuted on the local IS's on March 11, 2010.

And today marks the 18th anniversary of the Superstorm of '93.

Oh how I wish I was old enough to remember it, it was a remarkable storm for my area, the only storm I'm aware of that dropped a foot of snow at once and the GA mountains saw 3 feet!

Here's a few clips of TWC at the height of the monster storm if you haven't seen them, in the first two videos it's footage of TWC being knocked off and on the air due to the blizzard conditions occurring in Atlanta at the time.
