The Stoops Get a Computerized Home for Christmas
(The Stoop family attends a Robotboxing tournament at the Scifi Convention which Melody wins a surprise grand prize. Meanwhile, Kara tries to crack Daniel into buying a new computer as a Christmas present for the entire family, but Daniel has other plans when he decides to sign up for an experimental Computer Home instead. Everyone enjoys having the computer home meet their every needs except Kara who feels she's being replaced. When Kara tries to convince Daniel to shutdown the computer for the holidays, "Paul" as he is named does everything he can in his power to stop that from happening. Once "Paul" is shut down completely and the family finds out Melody's surprise grand prize was ironically a new desktop computer, Daniel goes on a rant about how computers are evil and soon the family joins together to destroy their new desktop computer while enjoying the rest of their Christmas holiday.)

What we had last Christmas was my dream becoming a reality. 30s and snow falling the entire day of Christmas.

46 light rain

Looking at the radar, there's two thin cluster of moderate/heavy rain showing up west of me, I believe that might be sleet. The rain looks more impressive than the local mets advertised it to be. FAIL.

Merry Christmas everyone and a happy new year! (Eventhough it doesn't feel like Christmas to me)
We won't be opening up anything anytime soon, my grandma is going to a 10am church service and my sister and her family is coming over a little later, but I already know some of the things I got anyway.

Zach, I'm jealous, I sure wish I had an HD camera and an iPod touch (anything with an "i" at the beginning would be nice.  :P) I did this survey from Gamestop last week to win a $500 Gift Card, I know it's a very slim chance I'll win since only 10 people can win, but if I do I know I'm getting a Nintendo 3DS.

It's interesting how there are two station IDs being used. One is the one with the pier, and the other shows a barn in a snowy field. I'm not sure if they've been used in the past.

Yes they have, the third they use where the guy is running through a snowy park was used back in 2009. I think the others were too and used last year and in 2008.

I like the titlebar, though Im not sure about the rest... it would look better if you moved the info from the bottom up to the center of the image, because that looks like a lot of wasted space and if it were actually on TV, the viewer wouldn't like looking at the bottom just to see the forecast.

Basically like this?

I was trying to go for something different, but this works for me too. Thank you for the constructive criticism.  I wanna make this as great as possible.

Now I'm going to be honest. I hate my neighborhood. There's a lot of undiscussed crimes that happen. There's constant drug deals in front of my house, literally, I live next to a crack house run by teenagers, I saw this guy jack off, yes I said it, on my neighbors property and he was butt naked too. Just the other day, this car was driving up and down my block and he specifically kept slowing down in front of my house as if he was looking at something.  Also, there's this car I hear almost every other night, that parks just outside, then drives away shortly after like wtf? My neighborhood is very strange and scary. Ironically, on this day last year, this lady that was high crashed into a parked car in front of my house lol. BTW, I'm not making any of this up. Sometimes, especially on Saturday nights, the crack house next to me throws a party I guess, so I see people parking there cars, you know, smoking weed in their cars. I know this post is a bit crazy, but I thought I should bring it up, since there was just a drug deal in front of my house 5 minutes ago!

 There used to be some drug activity that took place around my neighborhood, but even that is very tame in comparison to you. The worse we have now are these drunks right adjacent from us who love to party all night (usually on the weekends) work on and race old junked up cars up and down what is a one way street at all times of the night. They're a lot more annoying when a holiday comes around like New Years and 4th of July they love to shoot firecrackers and guns to celebrate, once again well late into the night, sometimes during the day also, that is if they aren't too hungover from the night before.

Either this is a glitch or my IntelliStar can't tell time because it's still displaying a Dense Fog Advisory nearly 4 hours after it expired.  :P

This is definitely a glitch, it's still showing up as of now.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's been corrected.

So my city of Southaven, MS is making national headlines after an audit of our mayor, Greg Davis, revealed that he had spent close to $200,000 of the city's expenses on liquor, food, and other personal things. They also found that he was a very generous tipper, leaving $100+ tips on meals that only cost $30. Keep in mind that this is all taxpayer's money going toward this. But, this was the kicker...they found a receipt for $68 at a store called Priape. Further investigation, mainly by the auditors searching for a website for this store, revealed that this store calls itself "Canada's premiere gay lifestyle store and sex shop". After this, the mayor, who claimed to be happily married with 3 daughters (all true), came out as being gay. We were mentioned on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night, Fox News also did a story on us, and even a newspaper from Canada got in on the story.

He says that he is definitely not resigning. I sure would consider it if I was in his position right now. What are your thoughts on this?

Sounds like it will end like the Anthony Weiner fiasco. If he doesn't resign willingly now, he'll get pressured into resigning sooner than later. That whole gay sex shop thing gave me a good laugh though, I guess he should have tried putting that on a private, anonymous account.
