Everything Else TWC / Re: Create your own TWC Schedule
« on: April 02, 2012, 07:01:57 PM »
My schedule would be for long form to be moved to a sister network TWC could launch, Todd, (The guy who kinda looks like a younger Cantore, I forgot his name), and the Crystal and Chris duo move to a very late WC show so no one can or will tune in to see how boring, annoying, and awkward they are or they get kicked to the curb and go  to a local news station someplace somewhere I don't care. Bring back a few of vets to take their place, Bring back A&B: BTF along with the other shows that went HD in '08 so there's some kind of dang variety in the live programming, WUWA along w/ Roker disappears into oblivion, Heather/Carl on YWT, Nick/Viv and the usual Weekend crew can stay where they are, Paul, Kim, Adam, and Jim work on a revamped EE during the week then I'll be somewhat satisfied.

I'll try to post an actual schedule later.

I'll admit Ana, you almost got me, but I took a moment to think about it being April 1st so it made me suspicious. The same forum that was banning me and others pulled another trick where if you tried to log onto the main forum, a picture came up saying the site had been shut down by the federal government for illegal copyrighted content. That one got me until I scrolled down and saw the April Fool's. :P

Garfield and Friends also used to come on channel 44 down here every weekday morning at 6am for a while until the mid 2000s, I think.
It did  at 6 AM on weekdays.. I remember being in elementary school and before i went to school i was up to watch it
It used to come on every weekday mornings in my market as well.  Between September 1999 up until 2000 or 2001, it used to come on at 6 AM on WYZZ, which is my local FOX affiliate. I even remember prior to September 1999 my FOX affiliate before that aired Pokémon back when it was in first-run syndication.   Nowadays, my local affiliate shows infomercials and stupid E/I mandated shows.  :( Plus I stopped watching Pokémon after the whole recasting thing. I now watch only the reruns from the orginal series on Boomerang.

Pokémon is on Boomerang? How did that happen? That doesn't even fit into the category of classic cartoons. Eh, but then again looking at some of the shows they have listed on the program guide, a good half of the shows on there are not classic and instead are more modern within the past decade. They've fallen victim to wanting to appeal to a mainstream audience too. :itsok:

The Game Room / Re: "In my pants" Game

At another forum that I'm a member of, as apart of an April Fools joke they're running a poll to decide if I should be banned imp. It's amusing to read the awfully fake mean things they're saying about me trolling.

I wanted to tell you guys in a separate thread, and seeing that I haven't been as active before, I have some news to tell you:

I'm pregnant. I'm having a boy and is due sometime in September. :3

Tell us this again tomorrow and I might believe you.  :P

Now that you have put the idea on the table for all to see, this is most certainly to come true for TWC. :bleh:

You all realize that you have a better chance of being hit by lightning multiple times than you do in winning the lottery.  That's why I've never played it and never will.

Anyone who's ever played knows that, but it doesn't matter. It's about the excitement of the whole thing knowing you could be that lucky one to get it. There have been plenty of cases where folks have played only once and won big the first time. It's worth the risk if it means the difference between feeling like you don't have anything to having it all instantly.

Nope, not even close. I knew it wasn't gonna be good for me when the first number was 4x higher than the first number I had it just kept going downhill from there.  :pinch: I was close on 2 numbers though. Watching the local news here, we'll know if anyone in my state won or not by 2 or 3am in the morning.

We got 2 tickets.
I assume you bought those in Tennessee seeing how Mississippi doesn't have neither Mega Millions nor Powerball.

Everyone in my family has a ticket. It's amazing the large slew of folks from AL that have come into GA to play this lottery, can't say I wouldn't have done the same if my state didn't participate in such a massive jackpot drawing. There's one guy who's from GA that spent $1000 on tickets. :o Now that's someone who's very determined to win.  :P

Is anyone playing the Mega Millions lottery?  :P It is not available down here, though.

Personally, I think the lottery is a scam. I tried playing it once, but I only won $5. So I never played it ever again

I don't see how that is. The odds you'll win is 1 out of 176 million. At least you can get something if you get some of the numbers right even if it is a measly $5. :P

Although I'm sure someone will win tonight, but if by some chance no one still doesn't get all 6 numbers, this jackpot is expected to roll over to 1 billion dollars for next week's drawing.
