Fear Factor? I had no idea that show was brought back I used to watch that show back in the early 2000s.

I saw one episode since it was revived back on NBC, it was even more gross than I remembered from the original run. (Not that it was a bad thing, I used to watch Fear Factor back then too.) Thank god the cancellations were all reality TV based, maybe they can try focusing on making quality television shows (not likely) and this applies to all the major TV networks.

No, he's still there, I guess he's just a freelancer.  I wonder if he has another part-time job or something, or works behind the scenes?  Because (I know what freelance meteorologist means), if the only time he works is when we see him on-air and that's the only time he gets paid, that's not very much.

He's still a hurricane hunter if I'm not mistaken.

Plus I can tolerate math a lot more than writing/reading.

It's amazing how completely opposite people can be, isn't it?  I love reading and writing, yet the mere thought of math sends me into convulsions.

You and me are more alike. I love to write, I used to love math and science, high school was enough to help me grow a hatred for it.

I was flipping through and I remember Paul being there this morning too (outside that is) with a chef that was grilling. He kept trying to stick a fork into the meat to get a piece and the chef kept hitting him on the hand to get back.

Ooooo! Exciting! One of our local mets was talking about this and saying one model shows it peaking at Cat 1 hurricane intensity! That would be very impressive for Late May, considering the season hasn't started yet.

Dang. I'm happy for him, but at the same time I'm not. I really enjoyed watching him last Hurricane Season, he and Carl Parker worked really well together, I hate we won't be able to see a repeat of that this year.

That's great to hear, but it seems kinda weird that TWC didn't have any problems with this station signing him on immediately unless his contract was going to expire soon with them anyway. I'm sure the news director is very happy since it said he tried to nab Scott 3 years ago before TWC did.

There's another case of production music I've heard used elsewhere and that was the music used for the LOT8s First Day of Summer 2010 intro. I heard it on a product ad called Bagster.
