(Sighs) They expect folks to watch these shows and yet they can't even come up with creative names.

Maybe the reading came from KPDK (Dekalb-Peachtree Airport) or KFTY (Fulton Co. Airport)? :dunno:

EDIT: It couldn't have came from Dobbins, they only maxed out at 89 today.

Right now here it's 87, partly cloudy. We keep flirting with that 90 degree mark, but we just can't nudge it yet. Tomorrow will most likely be our first 90 degree day though, were forecasted to be in the low 90s! I'm not ready for THIS! :fire:
Looks like Hartsfield-Jackson hit the 90 degree mark, per the image on your profile at this time. :)

On the contrary, this says otherwise. We maxed out at 88 at KATL (Hartsfield Int'l.) ;)

I just busted a blood vessel in both of my eyes looking at that ridiculous heat. :faint:

Speaking of the elderly, I can't imagine what one old person might saying if they came across long-form programming on TWC. They might be saying, "Hey, where's my weather?!?" I bet almost none of the old people have all the fancy computer and internet technology and smartphones like the younger people do, where they get their weather from nowadays. The elderly would just probably stop watching TWC altogether and just watch something else on the tube. I think the programming director at TWC needs to think about that IMO  :hmm:

They're outside of their 18-49 demographic.

There's so much contradictory in that article it makes it more humorous than informal. I won't bother going into details since the parts I'm talking about have already been addressed.

:banned: because I believe you and others should use that banned approved smiley if you want your bans to be completely fulfilled and meaningful.

Eerie thing is the GFS "hinted" about Alberto and possibly Beryl, a good 10-12 days out. (Not trackwise but still)  :ermm:

Guyute is fine. End of Line is a hit or miss. My Williamsburg, VA IS clip of it was tagged but not blocked but my HD LF clip of it was blocked

Well I guess I'll be lucky and only get a tag at worst since the clip I'm talking about is from the IntelliStar which is perfectly fine.

Oh ok, I guess I might change the music in the video that has Daft Punk in it. Thanks for the help.

Is End of the Line by Daft Punk ok to upload on YT? Scratch that, is any Daft Punk song that played back in May 2011 ok to upload? (And I don't mean through any kind of tricks or workarounds with the audio, that doesn't work for me anyway I've tried.) There was a severe weather outbreak here in the latter part of that month and one of the LFs features music by them. I don't care if it's tagged, but if the video is going to be blocked in certain countries I'll just skip over it.

And while I'm thinkin' about it, how about "Guyute" by Phish also. :dunno:

I was only halfway through the article and the only thing that I could grasp in my head is why don't they just make Roker the Vice President over the programming since they're greenlighting every suggestion he puts on the table and I mean that seriously.

Hurricane Central / Re: Hurricane Central 2012

Since development is starting earlier and earlier by the years, maybe the hurricane ppl should move the Atlantic season start from June 1st to may 1st or somewhere in between

I actually had the same thought a couple of times, but it might be better to leave it as is.

Anybody volunteering a rope and a boat so we can ship him to an abandoned island to be exiled?

Just got this email today.

Quote
Programming has temporarily gone to shorter locals during certain time periods of the day. This is not permanent but will be for an extended time for now.

Tony F

Keywords right there, I don't get where this whole thing about 2 min. flavor lineups being permanently removed came from when it's only been mentioned this change has happened during WCL and DP. This is really no different from what they did almost 3 years ago back in July 2009 when they reduced LFs then also during certain times of the day.
