Currently we have two Oxygen channels, one is on ch. 79 and the other is ch. 198. Plus on top of that the HD channel which is ch. 743.

We used to have two Weatherscan channels (well listed as two on the program guide) on channel 19 and 212 (which still exists) back in the early 2000s. I think in this case it was a program guide error because everytime back then when I would turn onto channel 19 to see if Weatherscan was being shown, it wasn't, it was just Public Access content.  Unless it was one of those cases where the feed from Weatherscan was shown on there like at a certain time like overnight or something idk. :dunno:

EDIT: Oh yeah I forgot, we currently have two TV Guide Network channels as well. the first is on ch. 27 and the second is ch. 177.

Since it's related to Ernesto I figure I would mention it here. Ernesto has been reincarnated into Tropical Storm Hector in the E. Pacific.

I personally don't like to see people doing jobs they aren't qualified for either. Then again it doesn't matter as long as you look good and have a good personality in front of a camera, they wouldn't give a flying flip if you were certified for your job or not. I agree though, she acts like she may know a thing or two and maybe she does and we don't know it. :dunno:

This makes me think of our godawful CBS affiliate WGCL-TV, out of like 5 mets, only one is technically certified (no, it's not the Chief, she's just eye candy just like the last Chief who also didn't have a degree)No wonder this station is laughable. I wish they had of made that 1 certified met the chief, I've read his blog a few times on their site and he KNOWS his stuff.

82.6 With T-Storms on the way. Not particularly strong, but will do.

EDIT: Some time Later.

Storms missed us and are just gonna get rain.

I suffered the same fate last night. :P

Right now it's 77 cloudy, a little humid, but it actually feels a little cool outside too.

Quite a bullish forecast from the NHC as far as wind speeds are concerned. Something must of changed with some of the global models since I was last on the computer over 6 hours ago. I completely agree with their track right now. The GFS (from the last run I saw) it had this tracking not too differently from Ernesto. (just a little more northerly)
