I Checked. The first is a I, the second is a II. But can't you make a WxSTAR I & II page on the local forecast page on TWC Classics???

The layout of the information on each page was controlled at TWC, thus I don't think there's a way to say for sure which unit you're seeing based on the output (but a good guess based on the date/year).
I think we can guarantee that it wasn't the III in 1983.
