Looks like Tube Creative is responsible for the new WUWA promo: http://www.tubecreative.com/wuwa/

i'm also guessing they did vortex2.

Correct. As well as the original A&B graphics, several LF opens, the short-lived Weatherscan :10 spot, and some of the BWTL IDs.

Has anyone seen this AQ screen before?
Yes, although it hasn't been used in quite some time.

I think they skipped Local on the 8s a few times aswell.
Probably because long-form was preempted. There wouldn't of been a local anyway.

Looks like you're just getting the wrong unit. Your default unit may be temporarily out of service, so you are seeing this unit in place of your normal one.
Is this also why I'm receiving 21865 instead of 21872? I've been receiving the wrong STAR for more than a month and Comcast seems clueless as to why this is occuring, as with the STAR team. According to both, 21872 is working fine so my headend just seems to be pulling the wrong IntelliStar feed (after TWC froze back on 9/11). I really want my right intellistar back, and would appreciate any help on doing so.

Well, in your case, since Comcast reports the STAR is operating properly, then maybe they changed where your feed comes from.

Finally, 22840's forecast title was changed to "Greater Lansing" after over 3 years of "Lansing Area". However, 22842, the STAR I put more emphasis on having the forecast title changed to be one that includes all areas served by it, has not been changed. It still remains "East Lansing", and I have no idea why.
If the cable headend requested the title be East Lansing, then TWC can't change it no matter what.

PennDot has a long term plan to expand I-376 from it's current designation (eastern suburbs of Monroeville/Plum/Penn Hills to Downtown) to go all the way to Pittsburgh Int'l Airport and re-designate parts of I-279 and PA-60 north all the way to I-76 in Mercer county. Recently, the first rounds of changes happened, by changing I-279 from Downtown to I-79 to I-376. What I find interesting is that the traffic.com products haven't been updated yet - but the flows on TWC have. Here's a screen shot from the New Ken Weatherscan. I'll get screen shots from the other STARs tomorrow.

In this picture - the I-79 route used to read "I-279/Parkway West to Bridgeville." You can see how it differs. The screen shots I'll post tomorrow have more substantial changes.
Does the STAR team make these changes or are they just added automatically?
All changes are made manually by the STAR team.

Martin is 100% correct. The radar we see on LOT8s has  nothing to do with HiRAD. HiRAD uses it's own radar and satellite system in part to generate it's observations, among several other factors.

But I'm asking you why do you think they would take HiRAD offline just because of a radar glitch??

Wow, the radar has been blinking this evening (or at least I have noticed it this evening). I assume since Mike is also reporting this issue that it is a national issue?

Yes, it's a national issue, which I believe is the reason why the IntelliStar has been out for several hours now, I hope it stays out all weekend there's nothing intereesting (weatherwise) happening here and it gives me a chance to record good songs w/o the narration running in the background. I haven't caught an IntelliStar outage since July so it's been a while.
Wait, so you're seeing satellite LFs and no LDL? The Intellistar is functioning fine for me. I would think HiRAD would be taken offline while this issue is ongoing, but TWC isn't smart enough to do that :P

What does the LF being out for some folks have to due with TWC taking HiRAD offline?
