Welcome to the new Tech Support area! As many of you know, the STAR Team has been present over at TWC Classics for a few years now. However, with the merger of the forums, TWC Today & TWC Classics would like to welcome the team to the newly merged site! From this point forward, please post all tech support questions and concerns in this forum. The STAR Team has been notified of the merger, and will visit here as much as time permits, just as they did at TWC Classics.

Please not the rules of the forum will be strictly enforced. The same rules still apply: repeated suggestions for changes are not allowed;  also, please refrain from posts where your STAR missed a LF, this is normal. Don't report a LF outage unless it is for a sustained amount of time. And, absolutely NO communication with the STAR Team is permitted. PMing or emailing the STAR Team will result in a suspension. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you for your cooperation!

Very useful for big cities with lots of interstates, like Pittsburgh, especially during rush hour.

Whoever came up with those promos and LOT8s intros is a genius!

It was Tube Creative. They do a lot of great work! They've done It Could Happen Tomorrow, Full Force Nature, Storm Stories promos, several LOT8s opens, the old Weatherscan promo (from the BWTL era), and more recently, the WUWA promo with the clocks, and all the movie night promos.

I celebrated Earth Hour by pregamming in my room, with my laptop connected to my tv via HDMI playing iTunes. My TV is EnergryStar certified though.

It's kinda odd to see the 7 day jump to the Traffic Flow map w/o the other two traffic maps coming before that like I just saw a couple of minutes ago.

I haven't been seeing my traffic map all morning here either.

Maybe TWC took it down Temporarily to fix the Map problem.

But the thing is Traffic Flow wasn't working Thursday Morning... i got a video of it uploading now

Oh right, I think Philly was the only one I saw with a TWC listing.

Silicondust shows FiOS TWC listings in the Baltimore/Washington area.

The site shows the Pittsburgh FiOS listings as well.
