This happened constantly when I had Comcast. It's an issue that dates back a few years, and TWC really can't fix it, since it's Comcast that is inserting the ads. I will note, however, I've never had this issue with FiOS.

Not really a tech support question. An update has to be pushed to every box and thats probably easier said than done

I'm sure they can do it. If the icon issue was big enough to cause a new set to be released, then DirecTV should have the same thing. (there are more DirecTV viewers than those who have an XL, 4000, etc)

I'm sure they can do it to. It's just not a priority right now.

I'm sorry, but this needs to be brought to Florida, IMO. At least once a day at school, I hear the word f***.

Happens everywhere.

Unlike you guys, I have zero issues with people cussing or using the f-word in school. It's high school and natural for kids our age to cuss like that. What else would ya expect?

I agree. Kids swear, it's a fact of life.

Tampa, IMO doesn't need the maps, but I was out in Tampa traffic today and there were lots of people trying to cause accidents and roads were backed up.

Here are some corrections I noticed right away:
-Baltimore, DFW, and New Orleans have the overview map
-Sacramento and Indianapolis do not.

Whether or not a market uses an overview map has nothing to do with TrafficPulse. The use of overview maps in a market is the choice of TWC. Indy use to have a map, but then TWC pulled maps from markets where the coverage was too little, making the maps virtually useless.

It should also be noted that TWC is not (and hasn't for a while) adding anymore traffic data to new, or existing markets. Nothing will be done about that until the system is transitioned to HD.
