I don't want to sound like an ass, but can we get rid of the Valentines logo now? It's been 4 days.

It's been gone since Tuesday. I don't know what you're talking about.

It was on mine too, until I cleared my cache. Maybe that will fix it.

And I know this sounds crazy, but the NWS could ask for donations. Or - dare I say it - become a private company. And if they can't make it, then a private company like TWC will step up to the plate. The point is, while I like the NWS, we don't need the government to tell us that a storm is bad and we should head for cover.

I agree. I don't need the NWS. Local news, TWC, and other media outlets serve me better anyway. NWS is far behind in the public eye when you compare their products to other weather outlets. Look at how during the latest winter storm, the NWS' site completely failed. So, obviously, people look to them, but we could easily do without them. I mean, just because your favorite grocery store closes doesn't mean you stop buying groceries does it?

NEVER. EVER. EVER. Buy anything on Craigslist. Never.

Why? I buy and sell on Craigslist all the time. Awesome tool for getting rid of older electronics and video games.

Because I've had friends tell me they bought something from there and they got scammed. And since in the past two months that I've been watching too much Court TV shows, 99% of the cases are about buying stuff on Craigslist. 

I made a comeback to eBay and sold my books there (even the old ones that I was never able to sell). It's a lot safer there tbh.

If you safeguard yourself on Craigslist (similar to how I would safeguard myself on Ebay), then you will have no problems on Craigslist.

Hallmark and chocolate day is over. I like the banner, but I don't like Valentines Day. Regular banner again, please.

Whats wrong with Chocolate Day?

It's an annual obligation where I have to spend money.
