What's a TOS agreement, if i dare to ask?
TOS = Terms of Service AKA, the board guidelines.

Correct. All members are automatically entered into a binding TOS agreement, and all other guidelines two ways: 1) By registering (you are warned to read the TOS before registering), and; 2) By posting daily. From the TWCC registration warning:

Note that by registering, and posting on our forum, you automatically agree to all established board rules, regulations, guidelines, and the Terms of Service agreement.

But that doesn't mean i need to be banned for an entire month. You know how long that is!

Board policy, according to our established TOS Agreement, is 30 days minimum suspension. Don't like it? Tough.

Look, I checked in today. :P

Anyway, let me explain... first, Thunder/LOL's gripe:

The reason it took time for me to suspend, not ban you, was because I had unexpected friends over, and left the computer to tend to them (damn, I just wish they'd call before they come over once in a while LOL)... and even when i came back, I was ruminating on whether or not to take action. But, ultimately, it was a racist comment, which is strictly prohibited.

I'm actually surprised that Tyler did anything at all in regards to banning someone. He usually leaves that to Matt to do
I usually don't do the banning... but I do suspend, which is what happened. Not to bring up any laid memories or anything Gary, but I do recall suspending you once or twice, though IIRC they were lifted after a few days.

What brings you around here Tyler?

Actually, I check here often... I just don't post often.  :sunglasses:

Do you not like my presence, all-mighty Gary?  :worship:

 :P

LOL, your always welcome here .  :sunglasses:

Unfortunately, it seems I'm still much hated by some at your forum.  :whistling:

Eh. Hey - everyone can't love you. :P

But, I think you know me well enough, I don't hold any type of grudges. I consider myself very easy to get along with... and I'll try to make an effort to post here a bit more often, as I see fit. But as I said, I currently do check here daily, if not bidaily, I just don't post.  :)

I just got banned from TWCC again for 1 month. I made a post about Hispanics and how they act and it made a lot of members  and myself angry. It also caused my warn meter to go to 100%.

I just want to apologize and deeply regret for what i've done tonight. :(

I appreciate the remorse you feel, however, please understand you will still be required to post a public apology upon returning to the site. Thanks.

Well someday, I wish it would be public

It never will be. It's not an auto updating emulator like the "4000." To be an emulator, it doesn't have to "auto update" at all - to emulate simply means to look alike. My designs are all just Photoshop/After Effects based.

Well it IS Thanksgiving weekend, so no doubt at least a few OCM's have probably taken off, possibly including whomever usually does WN.
That's true, but I wouldn't have expected Bill and Sam to do an extra shift after they already did 4 hours (Weekend View).

It seems unlikely, but if their THAT short handed, anything is possible.

It's unusual for them to be this shorthanded (at least in the OCM dept... I mean, they're always shorthanded in their graphics dept. :P ).

Zeeesh, tough crowd.  :P

Anyway, another, slight update... adding the local obs. And you'll notice, I've steered away from the traditional 8 obs, which allows for a slight comfort zone with all the recent headend consolidation. Again, Enjoy!
