They had an IS and downgraded to an XL.That XL has since been upgraded, and merged with other regional headends, and is now part of the "Grove City/Mercer/Slipper Rock" headend. And yes, that is how the LF pages are titled (with 3 cities).

Now, this wasn't Allen Jackson, but you know the lady who does the Weatherscan narration (I don't recall her name at the moment)? Well, I asked her to do some simple weather narration for me about two years ago (like, "Your current conditions," etc), and she said she couldn't due to a contractual agreement with TWC (which stated she wasn't allowed to do any other weather-related narrations for other clients while under contract). But, good luck!
