Wow, that opening was not very impressive. I didn't like the transition out. Not a big fan of the teaser either.

To be honest, I was expecting a new open.

This is ridiculous. You should see how expensive our sewage bill is!

We are paying out of our asses for what one person did 20 years ago! He was caught dumping illegally in a creek in Penn Hills Park and the EPA fined the municipality $60 million dollars under the Clean Water Act. The consent decree is the result of a joint federal-state EPA lawsuit from the late 1990s regarding a violation of a permit issued to the municipality's wastewater treatment plant.
