Wasn't that one of his campaign promises?

I don't believe so...if anything I think he said he would consider supporting civil unions.

I got the impression same-sex merriage is a state issue. But anyway, what does this have to do with martial law?

Saying marriage is a state issue is like saying we should go back to having each state have their own currency.

The Pittsburgh Verizon FiOS head-end has now added Washington and Gibsonia to Weatherscan. And I thought that Verizon has abandoned Weatherscan altogether.

Verizon has added cities to its Weatherscan's nationwide.

Checked out the .com forecast for Tampa, and they must have read our complaints on the new format.. because the major metropolitan areas have the metro maps back

Pittsburgh had a metro forecast from the day they launched the new maps. They just don't use them in every forecast. I really don't like how the only feature now is the weekend forecast.

Those new title bars certainly look like ones that would be used on a news station.  Which, there's nothing wrong with that of course, and it's understandable, but it does make TWC seem like it's lost some of its originality.

TWC's graphics used to be original, but now they just seem "Generic". Didn't they loose a graphics director or something a year ago?

They got a new art director around a year ago.
