I found the information on TWC's Press PageQuoteAdditionally, Clark announced a complete refresh of the networks Local on the 8s, localized forecasts that appear every 10 minutes at :08, :18, :28, etc. The new LOT8s will feature on-camera meteorologists with more locally relevant forecasts.
