Was Katherine by Jeff Lorber ever used?
Not to my knowledge.
Oh, darn it. I really liked that song.

I understand the coverage is the most important and TWC is doing a good job though by now they should have switched to more appropriate instrumental music on the LOT8's.
Who cares about the music. This is a tragedy occurring in an area that was already devastated 14 years ago.
Agreed. And they weren't showing many LOT8s. The only LOT8s they were showing was at :58 and it was Yen on a Carousel

I wanna say thanks to TWC for staying with KFOR Coverage of the Tornadoes today. Being that I have family in Oklahoma I am able to watch their coverage. And my family is OK there. They were in their basements. They did loose their house today. Can't really keep a good cell signal right now with them.   :(
Wow I am glad they made it fine. So sorry for losing their house :(

Severe Weather / Re: EF5 Tornado Tears Through Moore, OK

The Moore twister is almost a carbon copy of the 1999 one. I would be hard-pressed if this wasn't an EF5, or even stronger.

10 fatalities have been reported in Moore, OK.
Yeah I heard that from Mike Bettes. He said it could go up significantly next morning. It seems most people took shelter and heeded the warnings so that's good.

I know tornado activity isn't too hot in Texas for the month of June but I am having second thoughts about going to Dallas next month. Where I'm going is in the tornado watch area.

Speaking of Dallas, looks like there are two warnings for the counties just south of Fort Worth.

I thought they did a fine job covering the Dallas tornadoes on wednesday. I think maybe they were short staffed today so there was more delay figuring out whether or not twc programming should be preempted

61, cloudy. Lots of rain expected later next week (and we could really use it, it's been a very dry spring).

Yeah I mentioned that in the new graphics thread. Most likely for more commercials. Twc will do anything to cut LOT8s and put in as much commercials as they can
