I grew up watching Keneely on TWC since 1999-2000 as I can vividly remember him giving the weather reports for the Northeast US and seeing his name on the black titlebars with the old pre 2005 logo.

I've never even heard of that place so it is not a surprise that an XL or a legacy STAR would be out there in the open west..
