I don't like the intellistar, but it would be interesting to find out what cities would have an intellistar that you normally wouldn't expect.

I like to watch TWC when there's severe wx in my area, primetime hours (because of the music), any large weather events and whenever new music begins to play. (1st of September or October)

This would be a good way to find out what cities are non-IS! 
I do know that every place in NJ is serviced by an XL. The southern Jersey shore has the IS as well. DE has IS. Salisbury had a JR. I think they still might have one. Lee, MA might have an XL and i think Waterbury, VT has an Xl and Bennington , VT has a 4000. (Comcast!)

I wish the monthly playlists were back. Quarterly is just too long for music. Yuck, hearing the same music over and over again. I just wish they would play some Eddie Reasoner music. If any playlists plays at least 1 or 2 tunes from Eddie Reasoner, that'll make my day!
