That's the first time it's ever happened in the Atlantic.Dt. William Gray from Colorado State said that 16 storms-8 hurricanes-are still to be forecasted for this season.

I have a lot of fluid retained in me to. Um Derek, do you have lyphadema? It's a disease where your body retains a lot of fluid for no known reason and your legs and cheeks might start looking a little puffy.
