VENTNOR -- A car accident in Ventnor on Tuesday caused one vehicle to crash into a house.
Officials say around 7 a.m., the driver of a car ran a stop sign at Winchester and Wyoming Avenues, causing another vehicle to hit the deck support of the home.
A piling was knocked out and the deck was left hanging on an angle.
44-year-old Michael Weirbach of Northfield escaped without serious injury, but the driver that ran the red light was taken to the hospital.
Meanwhile, summons for that driver are pending.
