This is not a song, but I was watching the Billboard Music Awards and during the credits, I saw Edgar Struble as the music director.

Accuweather has been an accudud so far. All they seem to focus on is the Northeast. And no live or local coverage. I am missing TWC for sure, even in spite of how reality-centric it had become. At least you could still depend on the LOT8s. BTW, I noticed they have a Stephanie Abrams lookalike!

Rockit by Herbie Hancock and Outa Space by Billy Preston played on WMNF 88.5 FM during the Saturday Night House Party. Additionally, Moments in Love by Art of Noise also played in the background at one point during the show.

 - "Give Me Something" by Scars on 45
- "Jazz (We've Got)" by A Tribe Called Quest
Classic hip-hop!  :D

Three legends of contemporary jazz have passed over the last year: George Duke, Ronny Jordan, and Joe Sample.  I have listened to his music since 1997, when I first heard him on now-defunct WSJT 94.1 FM, who also played some of his work with the Crusaders. It was cool hearing Rainbow Seeker again during the Intellistar errors in 2011.

When are they gonna change the LOT8s music??
I contacted @freddyflaxman and as of yesterday they're still investigating. No Timeline as of yet.
He's been saying that for months, and it's getting annoying.
I do not understand how TWC has to “investigate” finding some songs to play. There has to be something else they could find from the production music library. Or they could recycle some of their old selections. IMO, TWC is being cheap and lazy playing the same old two songs for weeks, if not months, on end. At this point, I would rather hear complete silence on the LOT8s rather than those songs.

On Pandora, I am currently listening to Tee Time (Nov 06) by Kenny Carr. Over time, I have also heard The Sweetest Part, Dustbowl Motel (both Jan 99), and Night Stalker (July 99) on Pandora.
