I too didn't mind the NWS's all-caps text, but still, it does make a lot of sense as to why it has been that way for many years. I wonder if the scrolling text messages on TWC (also in all-caps) would also be affected by the change.

I've been in those shoes. Happened to my YouTube account last Summer. Initially, I didn't think WeatherNation would care if I uploaded an LF or two of theirs, but once their iron fists of copyright protection banged a crater on the fragile wall, it proved me wrong and earned me my very first copyright strike. The strike has since expired after six months.

Looks like Charter is finally upgrading its TV services in my area to all-digital next month. Just got a notice letter about it in the mail today, that and I also came across this online article (via the Chinook Observer).

23.5 Degrees doesn't look like it's even gonna be on tonight, however my TV guide says the program will air at 8PM PDT (11PM EDT) on March 22nd for an hour, then at 9:30AM PDT on March 27th for a half hour.

Per a comment on that YouTube video I posted, someone got a reply from Dave Clark via Twitter saying that the Smooth Jazz thing was just a test, but expect a full rollout soon. Still, it kinda seems like a kick in the pants that our adrenaline was pumped up for nothing.
