I'm back from my vacation!  Despite the numerous showers and thunderstorms throughout most of the week, I was able to climb to the top of the Cape Hatteras lighthouse and also visit the Biltmore house and estate.  Hope everyone is doing well.

I've been to the top of the supposedly-haunted Pensacola Lighthouse at the Pensacola NAS. The same one that the Ghost Hunters visited: GH Season 5 Episode 22 (1/7) (The video's owner prevents external embedding)

Wow, that's awesome, Martin! I would dream of seeing that happen. You're very fortunate they didn't postpone the launch like some people feared.

One of our local meteorologists, Todd Demers, won the NASA Tweetup and was able to attend the launch, one of his lifelong dreams.

I know that most STARs had it already, but I had never seen it before today on 24745.

Sorry to keep bugging you, but I've noticed some things after getting a better look at the STAR.

On the Local Doppler, is it possible to remove Parkin and Marion and replace them with Wynne and West Memphis? This will make it look less cluttered. If possible, could you also move the "Memphis" label (not the dot, just the text) and scoot the airport icon north a bit? Right now it looks like it is in MS, while in reality it is in TN. Thanks in advance!

I believe that this is the first recorded incident of a late cue of the Longform Squeezeback.

EDIT: Not sure what's going on with the squeezeback today...I didn't record it but just now, the IS cued on time, but the L-Bar was completely black for 2 or 3 seconds. The "Local on the 8s" bug was VERY laggy coming in.

Has anyone noticed that recently the top of the Satellite LDL is showing on top of the IntelliStar LDL?

Here's a photo.


EDIT: This confirms that this just recently happened. Take a look at this photo from socool775's video from June 14, 2011. Notice how the Satellite LDL is a step below the IntelliStar LDL. Sorry about the quality, I had to make it larger so you could see it.
