I had a similar issue for about 6 hours a few days ago but not even the LF was airing, just a black screen and LDL for 6 straight hours. It was finally fixed but still would cut in and out every few seconds.

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / #24745 Issue

Haven't been around here in a while...but had to check in to report an issue.

My IntelliStar has been showing a black screen with the LDL for over 3 hours now. No local forecasts, no programming, no commercials. Just a black screen with the LDL. Since we don't yet have the IS2 on HD, the HD channel is fine as is Weatherscan. It's just the SD channel.

A few weeks ago, I was stopped at a Valero gas station in Rockport, Arkansas and TWC was on inside. There was an XL warning crawl on the screen. It was during severe weather pre-emption so I couldn't see the actual LF. Also don't know the current status of the unit.
