As of 1:57PM ET, this is still occuring on DirecTV (24131). So, this is most likely a nationwide error.

I have only been a TWC fan since 2008, so I really don't know a lot about TWC. So, correct me if I am wrong, but could this be a Station ID upgrade? With all of the things being upgraded on TWC, there is no telling. (Again, feel free to correct me if I could be wrong! )

This is in RE to what Zach wrote about the STAR ID being replaced with a "." and no Cable Provider logo..........This has been happening for over 3 hours on DirecTV.........

You beat me to it Aaron! If you are talking about GRLevelX being used on air, they use that for Storm Relative Velocity all of the time during severe weather outbreaks.

I found it on YouTube. I asked the owner if I could use them. I am awaiting a reply from the owner to see if he cared. I planned to remove them if he said no. If you would like it removed now, let me know.
