WeatherSTAR Tech Support / TWC Feed Is Distorted!

TWC on Channel 55 is skipping. (EX: It will freeze for 5-10 seconds and then the audio will skip, and then it will go back to normal for 2-3 seconds, and then it will repeat)

Weatherscan is simply playing TWC and it is doing the same thing.

The IntelliSTAR LDL is on and the IntelliSTAR cues, but it does the same.

Can you please re-boot the STAR and possibly Weatherscan?

If you can not get to these requests I 100% understand.

These are a few requests for STAR 24745:

If possible, during the forecasts, could GREATER MEMPHIS AREA be changed to MEMPHIS METRO AREA?

And, I don't know if you can do this, but if you can, could our main observation site be changed from DOWNTOWN MEMPHIS to simply MEMPHIS?

Local Forecast / Sun Outages in May?

I have never seen a sun outage. But the way you guys were describing them leads me to believe that this is some type of sun outage......but in May?...or is DirecTV preparing to ditch TWC as well? See attachment.

EDIT: This was like this for about 2 minutes.......it might have been on DirecTV's end, but I have never seen static on DirecTV.......

Local Forecast / HD Warning Crawl?

Does anyone know if the national warning crawl, like when there was a hurricane or Tropical Storm, will scroll on HD, just like SD? Would it be the same, would it be diffrent, or will it not scroll at all?

This is in RE to what Zach wrote about the STAR ID being replaced with a "." and no Cable Provider logo..........This has been happening for over 3 hours on DirecTV.........

Local Forecast / Should Memphis Get Traffic On The IntelliSTAR?

We have had Traffic Pulse for many years here in Memphis. I think that Memphis needs traffic.   Does anyone agree?

On The DirecTV Satellite Local Forecast, In The Top-Right Hand Corner (Where The Advertisement Is Supposed To Be) You Don't See The Ad, You See The Satellite Forecast! This Is An Example:
