* TIMING... TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
* WINDS... SUSTAINED AT 20 TO 40 MPH... WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH.
* IMPACTS... NON SECURE OBJECTS MAY BECOME AIRBORNE. FALLING TREE LIMBS AND SPORADIC POWER OUTAGES CAN BE EXPECTED. TRAVEL MAY BECOME DIFFICULT... WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES BECOMING DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.

IF THIS STORM DEVELOPS AS FORECAST... ITS CIRCULATION WILL STRENGTHEN ENOUGH TO CAUSE WIND GUSTS TO 55 MPH OR GREATER AS EARLY AS TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
