Local Forecast / Re: TWC Songs you've heard in other places

A song from this month's primetime playlist (don't know the name) played in a DirecTV ad.
Can you get a clip of it? I'll try to ID it.
I don't know if I can, but I'll try to (vaguely) describe it. It sounds dramatic, like it belongs in a movie.

The part that changes a topic that is always constantly occurring and becoming argumentative

Since when does "bunny" = Eric ?  :)
Doing the bunny hop? :P

I'm at about 1998 technology wise. I have a cheap Tracfone cellphone, a 1985 52" tv, 1987, 1997 27" tv, a cheap Emachines computer.... I have to say I hate all the new technology crap, including on tv/TWC. I wish we could all go back to 1998 technology wise.  :hmm:
Heh, I still use several 90's stuff myself. All of my TV's are still CRTs, and I still frequently record on VCRs.
Same here, but I don't really record stuff with the VCR, but we have still have one. ;)

Is the LDL translucent now? Just when it was cueing out a while ago, you could see through it.
No.
It would be cool if it were, though. Like the old XL LDL, but more advanced and a blue tint.

Sorry for the double post…

At 7:09 AM during the LF, the music stopped for a few seconds.

EDIT: Instead of making a triple post, I decide to tack another blooper onto my existing post. Anyway, my DirecTV LF is missing the high temp and the conditions for today on all 3 locations on the Getaway Forecast.

EDIT: Yesterday during YWT, there were two spelling errors. A headline read "volcano effecting millions" and another read "cholera outbreak hits capitol of Haiti."

So, did anyone hear that Verizon is coming out with the iPhone 4 next year? I confirmed it with Verizon representatives.
I'm sure you did.
I agree. Not one Verizon or Apple PR has mentioned or made an official press release report that Verizon was getting the iPhone 4.
I'm getting tired of these Verizon iPhone rumors.

58˚ Cloudy/Windy

The Tornado Watch that was in effect earlier today expired at 11, but the High Wind Warning remains in effect.

Like Jesse said, we'll get used to this like we all did before.
Don't get me wrong, if they WANT to become a G4-like network, that's fine. But they're nuts if they think most or all of their loyal "weather" fan base will stick around.
What's G4?

Thank you Donovan.  :)

I came up with an idea for a different titlebar, what looks better? The Short or Long one? :dunno:
The short one. It matches the titlebar of the real 4000. You can even put the date and time next to the titlebar like on the real unit.
