Reply to your questions:

A. It is a known hardware trigger problem which is being worked on.
B. Last city drops a little late is by design (first and second city come up before third).
C. HD should match SD LDL now.
D. Point well taken on Wxscan Travel and changed.

Okay, I made the following changes to the Local Obs Pages...I added Kiln (Stennis Int'l Airport) and made a Name change from DeSoto N.F. to Saucier. LDL has Saucier for city #3.

The IS2 issue has been turned in (for the green screen issue)-most likely a problem with an encoder board from what I am told. Second, This star serves Shawnee County, thus instead of Carbondale, I substituted Auburn which is in the southern part of Shawnee.

hdayejr,
Headend tech was contacted; he monitored the signal (both audio and video) this morning and reports all is fine and has not been aware of any issues for HD 030003. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact your local Time Warner office...feed from h/e is fine.

You will see the HD I2 headend id @:58 past the hour on a tag just prior to the LOT8s (upper rt. hand corner of screen). I believe your headend id may be 030003. I will turn the issue into Star Support to check into. Thanks.

Oh, and we did find an error which was causing crawls and such not to work, so I do believe this HD star should have all the crawls and bulletins now.

71
As it turns out, the headend has the HD and SD stars programmed differently (this happens if the area served are different between SD and HD).  The SD has Suffolk County as the primary and the HD star has Nassau County as the primary, since they have a different city as the primary city, so the Bulletins Page and crawls you see will be different from SD and HD.

72
I believe you should see them from today on.

Significant Weather Advisories are issued under the product name of Special Weather Statement, and yes, we do carry/send them out.
