Yesterday, Mike Seidel was reporting from Memphis but at one point they showed him reporting from Memphis at night (it was dark behind him, the city lights were glowing) when it clearly shouldn't be because it's still daytime in the US.Was this during the WUWA repeat? The sun hadn't risen yet during the original airing of WUWA.
Is this the same Bryan Norcross who did nonstop hurricane weather coverage of Hurricane Andrew from his station's studio basement? If so I think he would make a great addition to TWC as a hurricane specialist.Yes, it's him.
Might have been having problems? In regards to the Digital Media Center i think it may just be for the weather.com launchWhen did they get a table?I kind of like itIs the "Digital Media Center" a new feature?
I have said it before and I will say it again; I am glad they continue to make use of the old TWC studio on air.
Also, I was watching Weather Center (Tuesday I believe) and it seemed that the entire half hour I watched, Maria LaRosa was in the HD studio sitting at the desk (with the world map as the backdrop) and Jim Cantore was at the "Expert Desk." Not once, to my knowledge, did they use the large video wall in the studio. Maria basically just anchored the show from the desk. I found it interesting.
Did anyone else notice this?
