Al is also going to be hosting the show live from Key West today and Tuesday. That should be interesting.

I thinks there should be a Devastating option, but i think twc is on the verge of what is called "Chapter 11" if they continue this travesty of programming.

If anything, ratings will go up. :P

That's the camera on a circular track above the studio that's taking the wideshot seen just after the opener there.

Local Forecast / Re: August 2009 playlist early?
« on: July 20, 2009, 11:40:23 AM »
These new songs are WUWA-exclusive. They're played only on WUWA, and no other songs from the regular playlist are played on WUWA. I wonder if they'll be adding new songs to the WUWA LFs. I can't picture them just using the same few songs every day.

All of the LF songs during WUWA are planned ahead of time, with the song title being mentioned on air before many of the LFs.

All of these LF songs during WUWA are mainstream and separate from the usual playlist.

Hmmm...they just did a wideshot of the studio after that last segment, and for some reason, the curtain in the WUWA set is actually a lime green color right now. I wonder why that is. :\

That's because you're always sleeping when they've used it in that position this week (Dr. Forbes on PME and the PME teaser at the end of DP).

They have also used it for Dr. Forbes on the old Weekend Weather Center and even once on EEWC when they did a live segment with Dr. Forbes one time.

Jesse just took a screenshot of something that accidentally showed up on TWC before Day Planner, and based on Steph's video from last week, this does indeed appear to be the New York Wake Up with Al studio:

I wasn't aware such a thing existed.

They use the monitor on DP, but the desk has never been in the monitor position before. Normally, they have one OCM at the desk and the other at the telestrator when they use the monitor.
