Looks like the High Risk Live Shot warning is still in effect 
At 11:00 AM the WCL opener was good until they crossed to Mike Siedel where before I heard a producer say 'MSNBC' and then Mike started talking, then stopped and then started again and eventually they just dissolved into the WCL open.
Also a minor blooper, when they crossed to Lowry (the hurricane guy) his mic was off
