Hit enter key and it will show you the hardware idHmm, I've tried starting the program from both Manual Upgrade and the normal way, and I get no such prompt.

PME Weekly Planner opener aired at 7:20 PM CT.
It must be PM Evening Edition again.
EDIT: At 7:30 PM CT, the PM Edition opener aired, and the lower third said Weekend Weather Center. I guess no one at TWC knows what show this is...
