It's me. I wonder if Stephen will change his username like he does every year. Not this year, at least that's not a plan.
Victor (SlingBox).Localonthe8s used to be someone I just can't figure out who...
Hey Spring Rubber, I could only hear the audio on that video.
But I am still laughing.
Could it because you don't have a tuner? It would make no difference if I recorded my 4000 clips with a tuner.
They have some new Content ID matching system that does it automatically. I don't know exactly how it works, but it's pretty good at doing it.It doesn't seem to be getting mine; I have several songs posted on my account that have been removed from other users, but they are still in good standing.
LMAO @ the 7 people who downloaded that. Why? I think most of them (besides sunlight report) knew it was a joke.![]()
I'll be posting some videos of shows from late November 2003 here. I already posted this Overnight Outlook video in another topic:

Now, here are some videos of Evening Edition from Wednesday, November 5...
Here's a video from the start of the show. Notice how the show still had a format back then, and notice how the LF aired in between two studio segments, just like on A&B today, but the LF was only 1 minute on EE back then. Also, notice that Jim Cantore was using what ought to be the very first installation of SkyTracker, and of course notice that Jim Cantore still had a little bit of hair on his head.

Just so you know, there is no offical "opener" for either. Its what ever the TD can pull up on the SMS quickest or what ever is preset by OD.True, but it's very rare that they actually use the original opener (the one that transitions out) on a live teaser. They basically always use the original opener after a pre-recorded teaser, and I'm pretty certain that that opener is actually part of the recorded teaser.
Its a 50/50 toss up if they A) Have just the teaser pre-taped and dissolve to the live open off a video server, orThe opener is part of the recorded teaser - if they were airing the opener live, they'd use the opener that doesn't transition out to the studio. If they have a enough time, or depends on whos editing, will include the opening as part of the pretape, in which case they can perfectly backtime and sync the opening music to the pre-tape package.
Does anyone notice that whenever Evening Edition uses the pre-recorded teasers, the first second or so of the opener is cut off? This causes the music to not line up with the opener. It wasn't always like that..The opener isn't cut off at all; it just looks that way because the opener fades in from the teasers. The opener is out of sync from the music due to sloppy editing on their part. (This was common with the 2003-2005 EE pre-recorded teasers as well.)
Wow, been over a month since we last heard that!I wouldn't say that; more like a month since someone actually posted here.
