I checked the TWC HiRAD observations a few minutes ago, and the current temperatures is 91, with a heat index of 110, so it feels a good 20 degrees warmer than the apparent temperature.

Did you stay in Pensacola when Hurricane Ivan hit?

Yes. Worst. Decision. Ever. We got LOTs of damage, and during the storm it was pretty scary. :ph34r: Luckily, I somehow managed to sleep during the peak of the storm, so I didn't get to witness what happened then, but the damage afterwards was pretty bad. We got power back in about a week, which isn't too bad seeing how powerful that storm was. Because we had no power during that week, we had to suffer with all the heat, and we had to eat MREs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MRE) all week (they were pretty good, though). We will NEVER stay after during a major hurricane anymore.

What did you do while you were in Atlanta?

We went to Six Flags, went to see the Braves game, and went to Stone Mountain for a fireworks show.
