According to Todd at the end of DP, he's been in New York the past few weeks.

According to my cable guide, both the 4PM and 10PM hours of It Could Happen Tomorrow/Full Force Nature will be replaced with Storm Stories beginning this weekend, making the show air for five hours a day on weekends now. That's a little too much in one day, IMO.

This change was actually made last weekend.

caught part of what appears to be a new segment around 1:45pm ET. It's called 1 Minute Weather. It doesn't seem to include the OCMs, but just answers weather questions in 1 minute or something like that

It's about time. I hate it how Day Planner and Weekend Now never (until now ) use their themes but random production music instead. Did the WN opener have its proper music, too?

That's what I was talking about; the opener used it's proper music.

I was wondering, is it okay for me to contribute OCM segments in this thread instead of starting a new one? I have over a dozen segments of Carl, Heather, Alex, Nick, Viv, Adam, Kim, etc.

I forgot to mention, the videos are from this year, I wish I could have had some from year's past.

Yes, they were both on PM Edition a week or so ago, in fact. This is an odd shift for Vivian though; though I guess it shouldn't be THAT surprising seeing as they sometimes (and they've always done this in the past) pull PM Edition OCMs to work the EE/Weather Center shift.

If you remember, a few years back (not sure how long ago), Dave had not been seen on the Weather Channel for a while, and it was speculated that he was batteling cancer (not positive if it was ever confirmed though)

It was confirmed. He mentioned it on air a few times.

I'm surprised they're going to show a re-run of this thing. Apparently they think a lot of people will want to see it.

I'm sure they're taking in to account the west coast viewers. When WUWA first airs, it will be 3:00 AM on the west coast; obviously not many people there are awake at the time.
