THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 16 MPH...
26 KM/HR...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE
NEXT 24 HOURS.  ON THIS TRACK...THE DEPRESSION WILL BE PASSING
THROUGH THE WINDWARD ISLANDS LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER

see what is going on these forums                   before they join, so they dont

2. It blocks the spammers from
accessing your forum                                     2. The new people might be turned
                                                                 away cause of stated above
3. The forum is more secure





What should be done is a combo of those good and bad things (not easily can be done though)

I have a good idea - make a special forum that only guests can see (like a "Welcome, Guest!" forum) and with a topic in it, that tells the user about the forum. That way, guests will probably have a better chance of joining.

Also, they're monitoring something off the coast of the Carolina's that *could* develop into Felix (the next Atlantic name). Though, it's interacting with some dry air, so even if it does develop it probably won't develop into something like Dean did.
