Apparently, all these problems we've seen so far have been apparently caused at the top of the 9 PM CT hour, where commercials kept on interrupting the start of the EE broadcast.

For no apparent reason, the Local Forecast appeared at 9:01 PM CT during the first EE segment. (There WAS an LF at 8:58 PM CT, BTW)
