Thats what i meant, intellistar hd
AFAIK, the HD STAR is not going to be called IntelliSTAR HD, from what I've heard.

No, it will show the HD STAR. ;)

How do you know that for sure? What are the extentions of the files you have imorted and what is the extention of the final product? You might have some codecs overlapping.
All of the extensions of the files I've imported are .WMVs and the extension of the final product I'm trying to export is also .WMV.

Is this happening with only one video or all videos you try to export in Movie Maker?
I tried exporting a much smaller video and it exported fine.

Did you try Googling your problem?
Yes, but it only leads to the same advice that Movie Maker gives (which doesn't help because there's nothing wrong in the video itself).

This happens to me from time to time. What I did was just restart Movie Maker and re export it, and it worked.
Doesn't help. Tried to restart the computer, but that doesn't help, either. <_<

I'm trying to export a video in Windows Movie Maker, but apparently, it doesn't want me to.

I get this error when I try to export:

I checked, and there is NOTHING wrong with the video. All the sources of the video clips are still there, and the folder where I'm trying to save to still exists. And I have plenty of HD space free (60 GB), so that's not the problem, either. I am baffled as to how this error is occurring, since there is apparently nothing wrong with the video.

Anyone know how I can fix this problem? Thanks in advance. B)

Then that's pure negligence on their part. How do you let a water leak go long enough to damage equipment?
They probably didn't have any idea that that was happening until the power went out.

I clicked the link you provided Stephen, but I get a broken link error. IS this info from a relaible source? I ask because I've seen lots of info about the incident, but never once a reference to a water leak.
Weird. The link works fine for me. Yes, it's from the TWC president, Debora Wilson.

What caused the leak?
A mechanical failure.

The leak shorted out some electrical equipment. An electrical short will knock things out for a while. ;)
My point exactly. ;)

i don't see how a water leak would lead twc to cease operations.

Umm, I don't know if you know this or not, but water and electrical equipment does not mix. ;)

BTW, this is where I heard about the water leak: http://www.twcclassics.com/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=8388&view=findpost&p=134667

Al, we're talking about the incident that occurred on about 9:30 PM CT on the evening of January 21st (which caused TWC to be down for several hours).
