Someone at TWCC (who is also a member here) posted some information that possibly an OCM left TWC, yet they didn't bother to post it here. <_<

Macs are capable of having considerably more memory than PC's.
But Macs tend to use that memory more efficiently.

wow, the MacPro has some sexy looking edges  :P
But, it costs a million dollars because it was intended for professional use (the same thing is basically the case for the MacBook Pro as well). ;)

I don't care about color, I like something that's sleek.
Same here. I'd rather have something sleek than something with all the colors of the rainbow (no offense to the Clamshell iBooks ;)).

The later iBooks were so plain looking. It was almost 100% white.
I prefer simple.

Yes they're no longer in prodcution. I like it that they're lightweight and compact
So are MacBooks (and if you're looking for EXTREMELY lightweight and compact, the MacBook Air, it's only 3 pounds! :o) ;)

I ordered a Mini Mac a few weeks back, and it came with 512MB :/

Must have been an older Mini. If you purchase one straight from the Apple Store, it'll have 1 gig: http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wa/RSLID?nnmm=browse&mco=7B72367D&node=home/shop_mac/family/mac_mini

No, they don't even ship with 512 anymore, except for maybe the mini.
Last I checked, the standard configuration for the mini includes 1 GB of RAM, so, yeah, you're right, Macs don't ship with 512 MB at all anymore.

I noticed that you've got the TWN logos on your desktop... Working on some TWN projects?
I didn't see any TWN logos on his desktop.

I likw Macs because they dont take that much memory/RAM that PCs do.
They take up about the same amount. The newest Macs come with at least 512 MB or 1 GB of RAM, and PC's nowadays are about the same, too.

I don't believe its HD... I think it was just made to look letter box even if its SD...
You'd think they'd make in HD since their HD relaunch is approaching.

I tryed to play it on my XP machine, however, when I played it, my screen turned baclk for some reason and I had to restart my computer. Looks like I'll have to try it on my (widescreen) laptop.
Yep, it played fine on my laptop.

What I find interesting is that the "When Weather Changed History" Local On the 8s opener isn't in HD. Are the other WWCH promos HD?
It is in HD - because it's letterboxed on SD. I'm not sure what happened in Spring Rubber's video, though.

Personally, I find that warning to be very helpful. it gives you the chance to view replies that were made while you were posting, which in turn allows you to determine whether you a) want to continue on, b) want to change your post in some way, or c) want to omit your post altogether. I get annoyed when other people have posted while I was making my post, making my post appear either out of place or totally unrelated.
Agreed.
