My PC has only 512MB RAM so perhaps upgrading it 1GB RAM will solve the issue.Actually, Virtual Memory is not the same thing is RAM. That error just means that Windows is increasing your Virtual Memory paging file, which is stored on your hard disk, it has nothing to do with the physical RAM in your PC. It's not VERY serious, although you should consider freeing system resources by not running programs you are not using (to avoid getting this message too often).
